ADDO ROSE SHOW | KIRKWOOD WILDLIFE FESTIVAL

The Kirkwood Wildlife Festival in June is a three day celebration of all that is wild in the Eastern Cape and a one of the most popular attractions on the Eastern Cape Events Calendar with something on offer for the whole family with donkey cart rides around Kirkwood, cooking demonstrations and competitions, a variety of top local musicians in the Beer Tent and the Addo Elephant National Park's Kirkwood Game Auction.

The Addo Rose and Garden Show is in October each year, when the famous Sundays River Valley Roses are at their best.

This unique show is great weekend getaway for the whole family, with more than 8000 visitors attending the Rose Show to see 16 000 roses. The gardening demonstrations, Rose cafe’ and the large craft market and stalls provide hours of entertainment.
Lenmore Bed and Breakfast and Self Catering Cottages are a short 45 minute drive from the Port Elizabeth Airport and the perfect accommodation base to explore the Greater Addo Region.

After an exciting day of game drives in the Addo Elephant National Park, Schotia Safaris, Shamwari Private Game Reserve or a round of
